Mr. de Paauw has been active in the Israeli and international investment market for 15 years in a variety of capacities. Today he is the CEO of ProSeed Venture Capital Fund Ltd (traded in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange) and also a consultant to Ratio Oil Exploration Ltd. He is also the Chairman of the Tirat Yehuda Municipal Council.

Mr. de Paauw is Certified as an attorney in Israel (member of The Israel Bar) and as an Investment Portfolios Manager by Israel Securities Authority.

With 27 years of experience in film, stage and television production, as well as the management of cultural institutions, Mr. Meluban has produced specials, dramatic series, documentary films and culture festivals. He has served as the Managing Director and Artistic Director of the Wohl Amphitheater and the Ganei Tikva Performing Arts Center, and as the Managing Director of the Cinema and Television Workers Union between 2000 and 2005. In that capacity, he was among the forum leaders for instigating the Cinema Law, the BEZEQ and Communications Law, and the Second Authority Law. He also formulated the Second Authority’s report on item 14-f for the years 2008-2009.

With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University’s Management faculty, Ms. Zelikovich went on towards her PhD in Economics, specializing in communications and economy in the internet age. She lectures at the Academic Studies Center, deals in the analysis and leverage of companies and organizations, and advises on various management, strategy and economic topics to various groups – this alongside business entrepreneurship and internet journalism. She serves as a Board Member on behalf of the public for the Litogroup Company and as a public representative on the Israel Press Council.  In the past, she served as Israel’s representative to the World GEM Organization for International Entrepreneurship (established by Babson), as a Board Member of the Public Right to Know, as Chairperson of the AMAL School chain (pro bono), as the CEO of Bar-Ad, and the Manager of El Al’s Central Orders Monitoring section. She has also served as a Board Member for other entities, including Gambit Computer Communications Ltd. Danbar Resources and Development Ltd., Videometrix ltd., Naot Hakikar Tourism, corporations in New York and others. In addition, she has served as a member of forums such as Capital Markets and the Tax Club, and as the worker’s representative Chairperson of El Al’s privatization committee. She has also been appointed a judge on the Open University’s appeals tribunal.

Mr. Shacham is the manager of Yediot Haifa, the Chairman of the Museum’s Corporation and Chairman of its Arts Requisition and Sales Committee. He is the CEO of Migdalor Publications, and in the past was a member of the Israel Broadcast Authority’s Plenum for 8 years. As part of his public activities, he has also served as the Chairman of Israel Audience Research Board, a member of Haifa University’s PR Advisory Committee, Chairman of the Haifa Museum Curator Appointment Committee and a Board Member of the Hapoel Haifa basketball team.

Mr. Elituv has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration concentrating on marketing and advertising from the Kiryat Ono Academy. In 2000 he received his ordination as a Rabbi from the Israel Chief Rabbi’s Council, with a certificate for higher Biblical studies from the Ministry of Education. A journalist, biographer, deputy editor of the Haredi newspaper Mishpacha and head of that newspaper’s political desk since 2000, he created The Religious Affairs Journalists’ Corps and served as its secretary between 1999 and 2003. He has been a member of the Parliamentary Journalists’ Corps since 2003 and server as the religious affairs correspondent for various channels. He often publishes columns in Israeli newspapers regarding state-religion relations and lectures on changes in Haredi society. In the past, he has hosted programs on Channel 1 and Israel radio, and has served as a Board Member for the Israel Congress Center – Binyanei He’Uma, and the Gihon Corporation.

Chairperson of WIZO Israel and a board member of WIZO International, Ms. Feller is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Women’s Rights Authority at the Prime Minister’s Office and a member of the Council of Women’s Organizations. In the past, she served as the Chairperson of WIZO Haifa, a women’s Council Member assisting the mayor, a member of Rotary Haifa and President of Rotary Haifa’s "Inner Wheel". As the head of WIZO Israel, she is in contact with a wide variety of target groups, through the organization’s thousands of members and volunteers in 60 branches located throughout the country. She deals in the empowerment of women, their promotion in the workplace, the development of schools for political leadership, work venues for women, advisory systems, legal assistance, legislative and policy change. Prevention and treatment of victims, support projects for single parent families, treating girls and children at risk, activating immigrant and senior citizen  groups, administrating budgets and mobilizing funding.

The holder of a PhD from Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Social Sciences, Dr. Shapira has been a lecturer and the head of the Advertising Unit at the Business Administration Faculty of the Kiryat Ono Academy for the past nine years. She is a post doctoral  lecturer at the Hebrew University’s School for Business Administration, and a marketing consultant for several companies in the field of strategy, advertising, branding and market research, She appears as a guest lecturer and moderator at conventions and other venues, is a judge and steering committee member for the Effie Awards, and also judges competitions organized by the Israeli Center for Management, as well as the Product of the Year Award. She is a Board Member for the Israeli Marketing Center’s Senior Marketing Forum. In the past, she served as Deputy Manager for Strategy at the IPG Raban & Assoc. Advertising Agency, and Research & Strategic Planning Department Manager at Tamir Cohen JWT Advertising.

Holder of a PhD from Bar Ilan University and a researcher of Culture and Communications. Dr. Alush-Levron was born in Ashkelon and lives with her family in Tel Aviv. She lectures at the Political Science and Communications department at Bar Ilan University and at the Film and Television department at Tel Aviv University. She has also taught at the Film and Television Arts department at Sapir College and at the Political Science and Communications Department of the Open University. Among her fields of expertise – text research, group representations in media, visual communications, Israeli film, and contemporary political theory. Her research focuses on political criticism and theories of discourse. She has taken a central role in promoting public struggles for distributive justice, and equality. In the past, she has served as a communications consultant for public companies and commercial institutions.

Ms. Sanbato has a Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling from Tel Aviv University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Informal Education and Sociology from Bar Ilan University and a Teacher’s Certificate in Education System Administration from the Ahva College. She did her national service in education and immigrant absorption, and is active in the TOME Association for Ethiopian Jewish Culture and Heritage for the Establishment of the Ethiopian Jewish Museum. She has been working for the Rishon Lezion Municipality as a truant officer for the past nine years. A Board Member of the National Insurance Institute’s Council for the past four years, she has also been actively engaged with education for youth at risk.

Communications Lecturer at the Political Science Department at Bar Ilan University, Dr. Lavi’s research deals in communications, multi-culturalism and the Jewish-female framework of knowledge and opinion. Lavi is a writer, journalist and social activist. Her bestselling book, A Jewish Woman’s Prayer Book won the National Jewish Book Award. She is one of the foremost women in the Jewish cultural discourse, and is a sought after lecturer in Israel and abroad. She hosts and edits television and radio programs; serves as the Chairperson of MATAN Netanya – Women’s Seminary; is a member of KOLECH – Religious Women’s Forum, and was in the past a Board Member of the organization. She is a Board Member for IZUN – Israeli Center for Rehabilitative Treatment for Drug Addicted Backpackers. She was among the founders of the Public Committee for Conversion to Judaism and other organizations, and has served as the Managing Director of the Public Council for Youth Exchange.

A lawyer with a Doctor’s degree in dentistry from the Hebrew University, Dr. Fares treats children and teaches dental hygiene in Haifa’s kindergartens. She is active in women’s organizations and those promoting marginalized communities. She is also a member of the Acre chapter of Gsharim, which was established after the October 2008 riots to facilitate between Jews and Arabs. Membre of the Acre Women’s Organization and of the Santogal Research Institute in Julis.

A holder of two bachelor degrees – one in Jewish Philosophy and History from the Hebrew University, and the other in Law from the Ramat Gan Academic College for Legal Studies, Mz. Antler has served as a member of the Metula Local Council; was one of the founders of the Four Mothers Movement; a founder of the Women’s Leadership Center in Kiryat Shmona and the Northern Galilee, and a Board Member of the Tel Hai Academic College. Over the years, she has also written for several newspapers, including Yediot Ahronot, Hadashot, Ha’Olam Hazeh and Globes, and has hosted programs on the Upper Galilee regional radio station.
